Upon full payment and subject to the terms of any applicable service agreement, ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for a client may be transferred as agreed in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Roast Ya Boyz LLC and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Any conduct or content of any third party on our website or services
  • Any content obtained from our services
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
